With a body composition evaluation we are able to target body fat loss and emphasize muscle mass maintenance/gain.

Body Composition Evaluation:
Our InBody body composition scale allows us to track your weight loss progress using more detailed information than just a number on a scale. By measuring key factors such as fat mass, lean muscle mass, hydration levels, and visceral fat mass, we can create a personalized plan tailored to your unique lifestyle and personal health goals.

Resting Metabolic Rate:
Standardized metabolic estimation formulas cannot factor in thyroid function or medication effects. Instead of using these formulas, we use MedGem. MedGem uses direct calorimetry to measure your metabolic fingerprint that is unique to you, allowing us to optimize your health plan.

Personalized Meal Plan:
Along with comprehensive nutrition education, we also provide a wide variety of customizable meal plans to ensure you have every essential tool necessary to succeed in your health journey. These meal plans can be carefully adapted based on your individual calorie needs, personal dietary preferences, or tailored to address specific medical conditions or disorders.

Evaluation of Current Habits:
Our Nutritionist and Health coach facilitates a space that allows our clients to reflect on habits that serve their well-being and habits that don’t. We are dedicated to emphasizing good habits while anchoring new habits to your current routine.
Medication Management:
When appropriate, our trained medical providers will prescribe and manage medications to aid in weight management including Ozempic and Wegovy (Semaglutide), Mounjaro and Zepbound (Tirzepatide), Phentermine, Adipex-P, Phendimetrazine, Low-Dose Naltrexone (LDN), and Topomax (Topiramate). Regular visits with our medical providers are necessary to ensure in-depth supervision over these prescriptions.
In addition to consistent medical provider visits for medication management, regular lab work is also conducted to ensure you are making progress. We understand weight control is complex and no two individuals are alike. Regular visits and comprehensive lab testing helps us to assess your progress so you stay on track and are losing weight in a healthy way.
