TRUEBio was founded by two health care professionals who value experience, leadership, and education. Realizing they share common desires and goals to move beyond the traditional healthcare delivery setting into preventive care, TRUEBio Innovative Health + Wellness, PLLC was formed with a vision to create a truly unique health care experience.

OWNER, CO-FOUNDER

Amanda McNeil, DNP, FNP-BC

Amanda McNeil, DNP, FNP-BC is a nationally board certified Family Nurse Practitioner.  With an earned Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Master of Science in Nursing, Family and Adult Nurse Practitioner from University of San Diego, and Doctor of Nursing Practice from Duke University, she is well-equipped to provide exceptional healthcare. Serving as the foundation of her work, Dr. McNeil’s passion is to make a positive difference in the lives of her patients and community by providing evidenced-based, high quality health and wellness services. She has further expanded her education to include integrative medical wellness; achieving the prestigious certification as an EvexiPEL ® provider to provide the most current, evidence-based hormone optimization therapies. 

As a US Navy Nurse Corp Veteran, Dr. McNeil brings a rich background with 29 years in health care.  Her experience includes primary care, health and wellness, bio-identical hormone replacement and optimization therapy including hormone pellet placement, weight management, thyroid management, public health, urgent care, and emergency medicine. She believes in treating the whole person by discovering the root cause of problems rather than using a band-aid approach to treating symptoms.

PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR, CO-FOUNDER

Samantha Taylor, LPN

Samantha was born and raised in Asheville, NC and completed her nursing program at AB-Tech in 2006. Since becoming a licensed practical nurse, Samantha has had the opportunity to work in many different specialties including pediatrics, dermatology, mental health and aesthetics. Samantha enjoys working in conjunction with Amanda to ensure that every patient has a wonderful experience at TRUEBio.

In her spare time, Samantha likes to spend time with her close friends and family while traveling, crafting and enjoying the beautiful scenery North Carolina has to offer. Living here most of her life, Samantha loves calling NC home.

Clare Bremer, ANP-BC

Clare Bremer, ANP-BC

Clare is a board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner, and Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner. She joined the Evexipel network in 2022 and is also certified in bioidentical hormone replacement.

She graduated in 2011 with her MSN from Duke, and cared for Hematology and Oncology patients through the UNC Rex Cancer until late 2022.  While at Rex, she helped lead the effort to design and implement a Survivorship program at UNC Rex Cancer Center and has always believed in the importance of a holistic approach to patient care. This ultimately led to a passion for disease prevention, and she made the change to medical wellness in late 2022.

Clare is a certified Evexipel Provider, and experienced in medical wellness and weight loss. She is trained and experienced in the use of injectables, laser and microneedling for aesthetic & anti-aging purposes. Her central focus is educating patients on the importance of disease prevention as we age, and helping them to accomplish this goal through lifestyle changes, bioidentical hormones and anti-inflammatory peptides.

 

Gregory Faircloth, CNAII, Patient Coordinator

Gregory was born and raised in Tampa, FL. He ha gained 24 years of information technology experience as a Sr. Telecommunication Analyst for two major insurance companies. Once an opportunity became available in healthcare, Gregory decided to make a career change. After acquiring his certified nursing assistant from Forsyth Technical Community College, he began working on the trauma floor of a large local hospital for 10+ years.

In his spare time, Gregory enjoys devoting much of his free time to developing and expanding his garden alongside his youngest son. With a passion for native plants, Gregory wishes to create a native ecosystem within the city limits devoted to wildlife of all types. When time is available away from the garden, Gregory can be found enjoying the bike trails around Salem Lake, relaxing on the beach, or visiting family and friends.

 

Candace Campbell, MS, RD, LDN

Candace is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping others learn the health benefits of food. Candace holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Spanish from The University of North Carolina Wilmington, and a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Appalachian State University. With a background in corporate wellness and weight management, Candace is well equipped to assist patients in positive lifestyle changes. 

Candace is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as the North Carolina Dietetics Association. She believes in evidence-based, individualized health practices to ensure best outcomes for all patients. 

Born and raised in North Carolina, Candace enjoys all that NC has to offer, from the beach to the mountains. She also enjoys spending time with her significant other and family, who are local to North Carolina as well.
